Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Ingredients
Cubios: 112 gr
Chuguas: 112 gr
Harina de maíz precocida: 70 gr
Queso campesino: 90 gr
Queso doble crema o mozzarella: 90 gr
Sal: al gusto (c/n)
Preparation
Realizar un puré con las chuguas y los cubios previamente cocidos.
Rallar ambos quesos.
Agregar al puré la harina de maíz, los quesos rallados y la sal. Mezclar bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
Formar arepas del tamaño deseado y asar en una plancha o sartén hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados.
Sugerencia de Presentación: Sírvelas rellenas de Trucha Ahumada y Hogao Boyacense, perico, carne desmechada o aguacate.
